Other: Street light at 2nd and High.Perhaps there is a reason, but I don't understand why the east-west light stays green for twice as long as the north-south? Also, why does the left turn lane always activate when there are no cars turning (from the north going south) and sometimes when there are no cars traveling south at all? Thanks.
