Other: How about adding a left-turn arrow to the traffic signal at 3rd and Woodscrest, for people trying to turn left onto Woodscrest from Third? It is very difficult for more than a single vehicle to turn left there when there is any amount of traffic. There is a popular bank (IUCU) on Woodscrest, and more importantly, UrgentCare is there.
