On the Bloomington website. On the left side of page, half way down select parking from the drop down list. This opens up the parking site and should link you to anything you need about parking.

Parking Permits:
Other: I couldn't find a parking meter heading, so I chose parking permits. Please forwar to the appropriate department. On two separate occasions, I have put quarters in the parking meter totaling $1.50. Meters #76105 and #7621. On each occasion, the meter did not increase my paid time. I had to pay with a credit card which adds an additional fee and makes me pay at least $1. This is frustrating.
