Other: We need "No U-Turn" signs on all left turn cut-outs on the Bypass. I have encountered people making a left where the isn't a street to turn into simply to make a U -turn. This holds up traffic in the left lane of the 2 lane Bypass and creates a dangerous driving condition. I think people are making a U-turn on 45-46 going NW to avoid traffic on East 3rd and then tasking a right onto East 3rd to go into campus. It might have to be something physical to prevent such anarchistic driving. thanks
