Spoke with Anil and reviewed landlord complaint process. She is going to talk to landlord and if the problem is not remedied, she will call HAND to schedule complaint inspection

Other: I am living in the aprtment where i am hearing unbearable sound from ceiling.which is not a living condition for me.when i request cummunity to see the bad condition of aprtment and maintaine it properly they said they cant do anything for the ceiling problem and asking me to break the lease or stay till the lease over.so i am confuse and don't know whom to contact to get help.so that this issue can be resolved.Please help me and let me know whom to discuss and get help.
