Alley restoned; citizen contacted.
Other: Our home is located at 1006 South Grant Street, beside a city alley in the Bryan Park neighborhood. That city alley is in desperate need of more gravel. In addition, due to the lack of gravel, the entry onto the alley from the Grant Street entry(heading west to Lincoln St.) is now crushing the exposed, large drainage pipe. This city drainage is typically underneath and not even seen so it now seems to need dirt, too! When cars drive over it there is now a big dip which has been created. Please put on your spring list to re-gravel and repair! Thank you!
Most tickets of this type should be closed within 7 days, although some cases may be longer. 74 days have already passed.

Alley stoned 5/9/14; resurface entrance still needs completed.
I visited the site and found that the old pipe under the alley is no longer part of the drainage system. Roadside swales are no longer evident downstream of this alley and therefore there is no need for the pipe. I believe this is something for the street department to handle. I would suggest that the first 10' of the alley be paved where the stormwater would wash out the gravel. I will contact the street department and discuss with them.
Tony asked me to refer this to you. Thanks
