I spoke to Mr. Herber this morning. I followed up with a call to Tom Micuda to look into requesting the Deer Park Management group to perform the needed renovations to the pond to bring in back into proper working order.

I've inspected site and requested that Mike Carter look up the covenants and restrictions and plat to verify the responsibility of the pond. I will follow up with Mr. Norbert that the bottom of the pond has filled in and needs excavated. SHould be the home owners assoc.'s responsibility.
