Other: This defacement (or is it some kind of horrid mural) I believe is on the back of the building housing Boomerang Hair downtown on the B-Line. It is in the somewhat protected section that is behind what used to be Irwin Union Bank and Le Petit Cafe, the back of Boomerang Hair etc. I am not sure if this site is on private property but I indicated that it was.
