Other: To whom it may concern, I am not sure who I should address my question to, so please forward this question to the correct person. I am getting married on May 3, 2014. At the end of our ceremony, we would like to go outside and release paper lanterns to float off into the sky. It dawned on me that I should ensure this idea is permissible within city limits. Please let me know ASAP. Thank you.
