Other: I was wandering who is responsible for removing debris from the drainage ditch on RCA Park Drive. Just want to know if I am responsible. Thank You

I called Tim back and left him a voicemail. I said that it was our responsibility to clean the inlets but we can't be everywhere all the time so if he saw a need and could clean it himself that was a great.
