Ms Kostelesky called back and told me she lives at 3713 Devonshire and wants help with water in her yard. The ground stays wet all the time and her neighbor drains all his roof drains to the front yard instead of the back and she doesn't know if her drive tube is right. I explained she is outside the city limits and informed her that Monroe County is responsible for storm water outside the city limits. I gave her the number for County Highway.
