Other: I wanted to pay my compliments to Mike Stinson, a supervisor in Street Utilities. I had asked Mike about a concern I had with a location in the city, and Mike took the time out of his day to personally come out and thoroughly inspect the site, both in his vehicle and on foot. Beyond this, he called me back and patiently and thoroughly explained the processes and specific codes involving my concern, and then went on to tell me how he could help. It was finished in less than 24 hours. Mike went far above and beyond the requirements of his job to help me out as a concerned citizen, and I want to make sure he is properly thanked and recognized for his work with the City. He makes me proud to be a Bloomington Resident. Again, please let him know what an excellent job he has done in not only helping me individually, but helping us all stay safer.
