reached owner by phone, is out of town & said dog went to family members house 2 days ago. Can't be his dog. Complainant did not leave info so can't call to get more info.

Other: Owners of large aggressive dog at 706 n Washington st are letting dog run off leash in the neighborhood. There are multiple small children in the area and I am concerned for their safety.
