Other: The woods between RCA park and summit elementary has an old barbed wire fence running through it. It should be removed because this wooded area is often a play destination for school and neighborhood children.
The fence marks the park property and there are designated sidewalk entry points for the neighborhood. Having not received any reports of accident or injury, fence removal will be put on the project list, but at low priority.
