Emailed Larry. The problem is a networking issue that doesn't happen very frequently. Currently there's not a great fix for it.

Other: I tried to report a traffic problem. The website still submits the report instead of opening the location picker. Then it told me the server was "unavailable" when I tried again and hit the submit button without selecting a location. I have: 1 GB RAM Windows XP SP3 Firefox 28.0 1024 X 768 pixel monitor.
