Traffic Suggestions:
Other: During peak hours of the day (4-6:00pm), I would like to see a no left-turn sign from east-bound third street onto Rose or Union. In addition, it would be nice to have a no left-turn sign from those roads turning on third street. This area gets very congested during the standard commute to the east side and significant delays are caused by motorist trying to make those turns.
