Other: Hello, I have no report, but rather a question regarding the big black metal fencing that surrounds the 3rd st. and Morton overpass along the Convention Center. Can someone tell me what company this fencing came from, and, did a local business install it? It is really nice, and I would like to use these same businesses, if I could. Thanks!
