Other: E Wylie Road is in terrible condition. Actual safe speeds are well below the posted speed limit due to an extreme amount of potholes and crumbling road conditions. Many vehicles passing through are unaware of the rough pavement and often run into it at too high of a speed causing dangerous situations for motorists.
