Other: I tried to sign up for city email newsletters, but every single one got an "authorization failed" notice when I clicked on "join this group." I tried it from two different email addresses, and it still seems not to have worked.
Most tickets of this type should be closed within 2 days, although some cases may be longer. 3 days have already passed.

I emailed Sarah and asked what newsletters she wanted to be subscribed to and did this manually. I was able to successfully subscribe to newsflash via my own personal email and haven't heard of other people having difficulty, so I'm not sure anything else needs done here.

Hello Emily, I tried to subscribe to Bead, did not see the "authorization failed" error but could you folow up on this issue
