Other: I tried to call the number listed for reporting parking meter issues and some guy just said hello then hung up on me after asking who I was trying to reach then I tried again and nobody answer. Anyway, twice in the past month I put in $.25 (was dimes and nickels, not quarters, and yes I counted correctly) and it didn't give me the full 15 minutes. Also, the one time I tried my IUCU debit/credit card it wouldn't take it. I don't want to get a ticket for not being able to use a card if that is all I have or for putting in the correct amount of money and not being given the full amount of time. Not sure why either is happening but both are very problematic. Thank you.
