Other: Neighbors have left trash out like this for many weeks: insufficient containers, weak bags that have been dug into by birds and raccoons. It looks like the tenants have just left for the summer; there are no longer cars in their driveway. Please let the landlord know that this problem should be addressed immediately and cannot continue.
