Other: Tenants at 516 E. University have left trash in this state for at least a week, and have been doing so for months. Insufficient cans, and bags easily broken into by birds and raccoons, both of which I've witnessed. Tenants seem to be gone for the summer. Please let the landlord know this is unacceptable.
