Other: I own a house at 813 W Kirkwood. Next to the house is the Jordan River. There is a safety rail that is no longer attached to anything. One end has rusted away. Also can anyone do anything about all the greenery that grow out of the sides and tops of the retaining wall? Also are there ever going to be any curbs in the same area?
