Excessive Growth:
Other: behind the house @ 305 S Euclid is an old overgrown tree stump. It is mostly disintegrated and held together by vines and poison ivy. I am highly allergic to the poison ivy. It is spreading into my yard and I cannot control it. Some of the stump fell into the alley and has been thrown up against my fence. Many of the vines have grown over onto my shrubs and I keep trying to clear my fence line, but it is impossible. I have requested the property management take care of this issue for more than two years to no avail. Can you help me to get them to clear it out?
