The bushes are back from the travel lane and you should be able to stop, ease forward and then see the oncoming traffic.

Other: Line of sight issue for vehicles turning north bound onto Walnut Street from 11th. Bushes in the parking lot make it impossible to see traffic on Walnut until you pull out past the pedestrian crosswalk.
