Traffic Signals:
Other: Light at Rogers and Patterson/Grimes would skipped the Rogers green light heading into town at least 4 times this am in a row. Made me late to work, traffic was backed up to Rockport light. Inn general, the light displays for only 4 cars to go through in the morning- this is unacceptable as there is always traffic lined up.
