This was actually a meter pit lid that was broken. It was replaced on Thursday

Other: I work at Middle Way House's transitional Housing, the Rise and right next to our property there is an open manhole. Our address is 401 S. Washington Street, and the hole is to the left side of the building in the vacant lot. It appears that the cover is broke and pieces of it are down inside the hole. Thanks!

sent Bobby out to check on this and it turned out to be a broken meter lid. Bobby replaced it on. Thursday.
