Other: I would like to thank the city for making the downtown business district "consumer unfriendly" with its excessive parking meter policy. After receiving a parking ticket for patronizing a downtown restaurant and being several minutes late getting back to my car, the ticket must be the city's way of saying they do not appreciate my business. As a result, I'm greatly reducing the number of trips I make downtown. So your parking policy is working, congratulations.
