Other: Several months ago I almost had an accident while going west on 3rd St. and turning left on College. I did not see a car coming east on 3rd St. Last week I was going east on 3rd and was coming up from the overpass and I understood why I previously did not see the car I almost hit. The slope of the street and the plant pots obstruct seeing cars. You might consider removing the pots to allow for a better view in both directions.
