Other: I realize that this is state and not a city issue, but I'm hoping you can escalate it. The pedestrian island at the NW corner of 10th and the Bypass has a defective crosswalk signal. This is for the crossing from the island south across the mouth of 10th street. It does not give the verbal cue to "wait" and it does not trigger the visual pedestrian signal (white silhouette).
