Other: The street between Madison and College on 14th has seen an enormous increase in traffic. I have lived on Woodburn for 18 years and have seen this especially in the last 3 years due to development. As such, this very short stretch of pavement needs repaving and not just continuous patching. Also, it needs to be clearly shown where people can park and where they cannot either by street markings and signage or a combination of both.The enormous increase in apartment building based "student" housing has caused this road to be torn up much faster than in the past. Please contact me with some info on what is to be done with this short but highly traveled street. Perhaps 1 or more car counters should be put out to see what the rate is?
