Other: The timing of the traffic light at 3rd and Bryan/High Streets is way off. It has always been activated by sensors. The sensors on High and Bryan are now very delayed, sometimes waiting several minutes when no traffic has been passing on 3rd for that same time. Then the Bryan side will go green even though no car is present, The left turn arrow from 3rd to High will also not activate consistently. Please look at this situation, I have lived off of High and Hunter for 15 years and use this intersection this intersection several times per day. The settings are very off!
