Public Works and Planning do not intend to place "Wrong Way" signs on 3rd as we dont normally do this at the end of blocks of one way streets.

Other: Consider installing "Wrong Way" signs for cyclists on Third Street. As a bus operator, I can't tell you how many near-collisions I've had with cyclists popping out of nowhere going the wrong way on Third at night.
