CBU supervisor has made a work order to repair the hole near the storm manhole. And I called the customer to notify him.

Other: Noticed a hole in pavement at corner of N. Kinser and Winding Way with a cavity 2-3 feet deep under it.
Most tickets of this type should be closed within 7 days, although some cases may be longer. 3 days have already passed.
