We've investigated this and have determined that the issue is a result of the changes made to the bus pulloff area that were part of the new greensway plan. When the curbing was placed in the bus pull off area on the north side of the road the lanes were shifted south, pushing the traffic approximately 4 feet closer to the south curb line. To extend storm sewer to this area would be an extensive project and there would still be storm water running along the curb. We believe the best solution is to shift the traffic lanes back to the north in there original locations.
