Phone Call: Dave from Restaurant Tallent says there is a big problem with rats in N/S alley behind Bluebird and his store. Wondered if it was related to Butch's closing recently. Does not appear to be due to dumpster problems.
Most tickets of this type should be closed within 9 days, although some cases may be longer. 19 days have already passed.
Spoke with the owner of butches as well as the owner of the property. They are contracting with a pest control company to treat the area for rats. Butches owner stated that the issue is that homeless people sleep in that area and level items out that attract the rats.
