Other: Paula McDevitt (Parks Dept. 349-3713) talked to Mr. Smith and filed a u report in regards to the department bus not having enough room to turn around on his street (Mr. Smith lives at 1411 W. 17th St)He described a barricade up due to street construction with signage saying closed to through traffic. He said people are still going through the barricade and his street dead ends. There is no room for people to turn around. He has witness numerous cars, SUV's and our bus turning around. He said it has become to unsafe for his grandchildren to play in his front yard. He is requested an addition sign be posted that says No Outlet at the end of his street or on the barricade.
