DB, there is dumpster in the driveway and someone has been working on the the yard. spoke to a men who is helping the owner to clean up.

Per complaint e-mail, "My family and I just moved into a house on Cherokee Drive. The house next to us has junk accumulating in the yard and they are not maintaining the weeds and yard debris along the side that is next to our driveway. Our leasing office, Choice Realty, informed us that the person who lived in it passed away a few years ago and the person who currently owns it is neglecting it. They recommended that we report this issue to your department. Also, the weeds and tree overgrowth is making it more difficult to back out of our driveway. There is also a shed with buckets of dirty water and bug infestations that I'm afraid will spread to our property due to close proximity. "
