Other: Hello, while biking on the Park Ridge Bike Trail (which leads under the bypass), I've noticed a lot of construction in that area. Specifically, I've noticed that gravel is being laid along the tracks, and was wondering if a trail is being put in there? Perhaps one that leads to Park Ridge East Park?! I really hope that's it, but thought I would check. Thank you!
The following was e-mailed on 8/14: There is no City of Bloomington trail project planned or underway in the trail location you described; also known as the Polly Grimshaw Trail. It is our understanding that a new electrical service to the University is being installed on the south side of the railroad embankment and there has been substantial construction, including placing of crushed stone, related to this project.
