Other: Poorly timed traffic lights. maybe it seems like a small problem, and maybe its only noticeable during the summer months, but it seems common that cars are brought up to full speed only to have to stop at the next light while traveling a main route (Walnut, College Mall Rd, and Winslow Rd). It would be spectacular to allow the algorhythm thats used o determine when the lights change to be open source and worked on by IU informatics students. My primary concern stems from fuel efficiency.
