Other: The traffic light here lacks left turn signals, which leads to people getting stuck in line behind people turning left, this problem exists for people going both directions. Because of the volume of traffic, it can take a cycle of 3 or more lights before turning left is possible. What happens then, is that people are passing the cars on the right, on the median or in the intersection, to get through the light. I have seen several near accidents here. Every morning and afternoon, you can see people doing this. It is an hourly occurrence and often involves several vehicles. It is an accident in the making.
