Other: Pothole on Heritage (off E 3rd St) close to house #116. Heritage is dark at night, and therefore can be dangerous for the pedestrian. Also, huge overgrowth of foliage on sidewalk in front of 3813 E 3rd St. Obstructs the sidewalk. I noticed that when I get off the bus on E 3rd, in front of Century's building, the sidewalk ends rather than helps the pedestrian reach the corner of Smith Rd so that I can cross to get to E Morningside Dr. This is unacceptable for the pedestrian.
