graffiti is on door glass, painted over head door and painted block. if we try to remove graffiti from painted block or painted overhead door we will end up blowing paint off the block and the over head door. if we paint over the graffiti on the overhead or block we would have to scrape off the old peeling paint and prime both surfaces. are we now providing free painting on private property?
