Other: The public sidepath between Southdowns and Greenwood Avenue is blocked by overgrown plants. This is a walk-to-school route, used by people with strollers and at least one person in a wheelchair. Walkers are currently trampling the adjacent yard in order to avoid the plants. The plants are growing from the garden of Mr. Sagarin, who you may remember sued the council over the path, so I hesitate to contact him directly. Please resolve this urgently. Thank you.
