Other: the rain grate has come to be a good 5-7 inches beneath the surface of the street, probably from the road being reopened several times. the grate is on the north side of the street, east of 4th. cars swerve to avoid it.
Most tickets of this type should be closed within 7 days, although some cases may be longer. 3 days have already passed.
