The following was e-mailed on 9/5/14: I am responding to the report you submitted through our on-line citizen comment system regarding the bicycle tire pump. Our Natural Resources Manager checked it out today and stated that the pump you're referring to actually belongs to Bloomingfoods. However, he also stated that the one we have near Grimes Lane also is broken. He talked to the staff at Bloomingfoods and they are aware it is broken and will be replacing it soon ...and we will be replacing ours soon as well. Thank you for letting us know!
