Other: there is a manhole cover just north of 14th on college that has below the surface of the street. it's pretty dangerous for people on motorcycles and mopeds. there is another sunken manhole cover just south of 14th on college as well

The manhole cover to the South of 14th Street does not need repair. I sent an email to customer informing him of this and left him the supervisors phone number in case he had any questions.
