Called Phil Peden (Utilities) he will send a letter to the owners of the apartment complex requesting that the owners relocate the dumpster to help prevent the overflow of trash from blocking the sewer so that the ground water can flow freely into the sewer system. Mr. Peden will E-mail a copy of that letter to H.A.N.D.

The trash around the dumpster has been removed. Waiting for the Utilities Dept. to make a decision whether or not to place the dumpster in another area to prevent the flooding in the area caused by the trash that overflows the dumpster. When it rains the overflow of trash blocks the storm sewer. Will monitor.
