Other: I believe the city planned to improve the trails in Winslow Park. All the summer rain has washed out the running and biking trail on the east end of the park and it is a mix of deep ruts, sand and gravel and a hazard, especially for people on foot or on bike descending from the hill between the tennis courts and the YMCA. Is repairing those trails still in the works? If not, could the city just re-gravel them so the ruts are not so deep? Thank you
