From the complaint email, "I am emailing you this morning regarding the trash issue over the storm sewer at 101 Pinewood Drive Bloomington IN 47401. The trash is coming from the dumpster which is on the rental property at 2942 South highway 37 that belongs to Mr. Chris Bomba.The storm sewer drains Mr. Bomba's parking lot and we are concerned about the amount of trash that is being washed through the storm sewer to our property and also the possibility of the storm sewer getting blocked that will cause the damage of our property. For years we have been trying to convince Mr. Bomba to move the trash dumpster to its old location which is south (left) of the storm sewer but so far we have not been successful. For years we have been coming to the property to clean up the trash but now with my husband being sick the issue s getting really problematic!"
